A.                 Electric – No sales tax on residential electric accounts.  $6.70 service charge per month in addition to power used.

            B.         Water – 9.25% sales tax on residential water accounts.  

  1st 2,000 gallons------------------------- $8.97 (minimum)
  Next 8,000 gallons----------------------- $2.26 per 1,000 gallons

  Over 50,000 gallons--------------------- $1.81 per 1,000 gallons
  Water service outside city limits   50% additional.  
     

C.            Sewer – No sales tax on residential sewer accounts.

2.             COMMERCIAL PART 1  - Effective October 1, 2006

A.                 Electric (Less than 50 KW demand) – 7.0% sales tax added to all commercial and/or industrial electric accounts.

$10.70 service charge per month in addition to power used.  
All Kilowatt hours--------------------$0.07806 per Kilowatt hour.        

B.                 Water, Sewer, & Natural Gas – 9.25% sales tax on water, no sales tax on sewer, 7.0% sales tax on all commercial and/or industrial natural gas accounts.  

These rates are equal to residential rates as listed above.
